Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal (EBDJ) publishes three issues per year. EBDJ seeks to advance the study and practice of bankruptcy law by publishing scholarly articles from authors who have a demonstrable expertise in bankruptcy. EBDJ welcomes submissions from scholars, practitioners, and judges.

Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal publishes a wide range of articles on subjects related to the practice and academic study of bankruptcy. Because EBDJ is committed to publishing scholarship falling under the wide range of bankruptcy law, published articles often also discuss the intersection of bankruptcy and other areas of the law.

Expedited Review:

If you have submitted a manuscript to the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, and would like to request an expedited review, you are encouraged to use Scholastica to enter expedited requests. Selection:

Authors will be notified via email if their article is selected and will be required to sign and complete publication and licensing agreements. Authors should expect to work closely with EBDJ editors and staff on revisions prior to publication.
